The Lofted Casita makes a great two-fold backyard combination. It makes a great backyard office or hobby space, while still using the back half to store your mower or garden tools. The Lofted Casita comes standard with two large loft areas, 4-2×3 windows, one nine Lite entry door, a set of 6′ double doors on the back end, and a 4’x12′ side porch with vinyl railing on the premium painted, urethane, and vinyl models. Treated buildings come with wood railings. The Economy buildings have no railing
